Thank you for choosing to shop with Treat Yourself Emporium. We hope that you enjoy your new purchase, but we understand that this will not always be the case.


Should you ever be dissatisfied, you have several options available to you. You may:

Canceling the order

If the item hasn't yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order. Please email us or use the contact us form as soon as possible to let us know that this is what you wish to do.

Once the order has been canceled, we will immediately apply a credit for the amount you paid to your credit card or original method of payment.

If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order, but that doesn't mean you're stuck with your purchase. Read on!

Our 30-day warranty

All products come with a FREE warranty for 30 days from date of receipt.

If your purchase does not match its description on our site, or if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item altogether, you can contact us to let us know of your dissatisfaction within 30 days of receiving your item.

To do this, you will need to follow the instructions on our automated Returns page. Please have your order number and the email address you used to purchase the item ready to hand.

We will be happy to refund you the cost of shipping if it does not exceed one half the purchase price of the item in question. If it is likely to exceed this amount, please email us (or use the contact us form) in advance, and we will help you arrange an alternative.

Our warehouse must acknowledge receipt of the sent item before we will issue a refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item (that's outside our control), so if you're shipping an item worth in excess of $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we are satisfied that the item has been returned and is in the condition you described to us, we will arrange to deliver the correct item or offer you store credit or a complete refund (whatever your preference).


PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover product misuse, accidental damage, water damage, monogrammed / personalized items, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Our change-of-mind policy

If the item you purchased is undamaged but you decide you no longer wish to keep it because you've changed your mind, that's OK. Please let us know within 48 hours of having received the item that you wish to return it. You can do this via our automated Returns page.

The procedure will be the same as for returning defective items, EXCEPT that you will have to cover the cost of all return shipping.


PLEASE NOTE: To protect ourselves against frivolous use of this policy, we reserve the right to reject an application to avail of our change-of-mind policy from any customer without giving a reason.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account and inquire with your credit card company. Be aware it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please email us or use the contact us form to let us know and we'll do what we can to help you.
